SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The San Antonio Independent School District (“SAISD” or “the District”) is soliciting bids from qualified persons or entities (“Offeror”) for the purchase by Offeror of SAISD real property and/or the exchange of real property with SAISD. The District’s objective is to sell existing SAISD properties to fund and construct a proposed consolidated administrative office complex on District-owned property or to exchange existing properties for an existing office project that can accommodate the District’s need for approximately 157,000 square feet of consolidated office space with the appropriate parking areas, and to fund and construct a proposed transportation, maintenance, and operations service facility on District-owned property.
