SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The San Antonio Independent School District (“SAISD,” “Owner,” or “District”) is soliciting qualified professional architectural and engineering (A/E) firms to provide professional design and consulting services for the proposed (1) Central Office Administration Building and (2) Service Center for Transportation, Maintenance and Operations. Statements of qualification (“SOQ”) are being requested for SAISD’s evaluation and selection of the most qualified teams for each project. Separate qualification statements are requested for each project. This RFQ provides interested respondents with specific information to prepare and submit SOQ’s for consideration.
