SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
STATEMENT OF WORK - San Antonio Independent School District (hereafter "the District '), located in Bexar County, Texas is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations that will allow the District to continue to provide a quality health care program for employees on a cost-effective basis. Services for a successful proposal response are listed below. Additional information and more detailed descriptions of desired services should be reviewed in the Specific Requirements section. a. Fully Insured and/or Self-Insured Medical Plan Options with integrated Pharmacy Benefit Management o Wellness Program with District-Dedicated Wellness Coordinator/Coach o Pre-Disease and Disease Management Program o Employee Assistance Program o Employer On-Site Customer Service and Account Representative b. Funding and Billing Remittance to support the District’s continued utilization of an automatic Benefit Administrator System c. Stop Loss Options
